1-001-1

January 1, 2013

This is the Drone 1-001-1 - a marine drone equipped to collect the plastic waste into a trash vortex.
Indeed, with an active team of people on a boat and an army of drones, this vehicle will catch plastic in order to recycle it and 'clean' the oceans.

We kept 3 visions; based on scenarii and technical aspects for collecting plastic:

1- Essential (Simple and existent technologies)
2- Community (Efficiency and speed)
3- Symbiosis (Autonomy and low energy consumption)

Eco-aware. Efficiency.

Eco-aware. Efficiency.

Thanks to a sonar, the drone communicate with the others drones to improve the collect. An infra-sound system hep the engine to move away the fishes.
The drone is autonomous and can stay almost 2 weeks underwater, thanks to high powered rechargeable batteries.
